All Maine residents are eligible and encouraged to apply for our annual financial aid program to assist with the costs associated with fee-based services such as:

Coastal Enterprises, Inc (CEI’s financial aid program is based on the reported household income of the applicant and is awarded at either full fee waiver or 50% or 25% off all fee-based services. To apply for Financial Aid online, please click on the link below:

Once you have been awarded financial aid or renewal of your financial aid status, you will receive a specific code to use when you register for CEI programs and services which will tell us what level of financial aid you have received.
